Scoutbook not updating Case-sensitive name change

Hello,

I have a volunteer from Troop 0377 G of Hawk Mountain Council #528 saying that her scout, Name Removed (mem id 14141228) shows up as Name Removed. The change in My.Scouting was made, but it hasn’t updated the change in My.Scouting.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

@ChasAndrews2 please do not Post names - you can use VST and Sync the Data for the fix

if the name shows correctly in registrar tools have someone with access go into volunteer support tools and force a sync
