# Scoutbook+ Payment Log Stuck Payments

Our troop signed up to use the payment system in Scoutbook+ Payment Logs. Some of the payments went through without an issue. However a number of payment are “stuck” in an initiated status. I do not see anyway to address this.

It’s gotten bad enough that I tried to disable the payment system but this appears to be broken as well.

Is there a way to fix the stuck Initiated Payments and if not, how do we disable this feature?

@TimothyGiorgi - an initiated payment means that someone click on the pay button but has not submitted the actual payment. Once the unit has committed to the on-line payment there does not appear to be any way to turn that off. Your course of action would be to have the other party commit payment or make and entry to bring the balance to zero.
