The Scoutbook Plus permission system has changed. Admin roles in legacy Scoutbook do not apply to Scoutbook Plus. See Scoutbook_Permissions.pdfand the Scoutbook Plus permissions video.
If your roster is blank, select the roster filter then click Reset Filters.
