Hi. I recently transferred from NCAC (Troop 191) to TAC (Troop 53). I submitted a new application, and my.scouting.org has the correct information associated to the correct unit. However, ScoutBook Plus transferred in my NCAC ID instead of my TAC ID to Troops 53’s roster. It shows that I need to register. If I go to my profile in SB+, it shows that I’m an ASM with Troop 53. I’ve reached out to TAC, and they were not able to help. How can my new TAC ID be associated to the correct unit in ScoutBook Plus? TAC ID is 141869356. NCAC ID is 13783752. Both registrations are active until tomorrow. My TAC ID is supposed to auto renew.
@KayHassler I reset the MID on the account - give it 24 hours for the positions to settle back down
