# Scoutbook Plus Login - Access Message Warning

I was able to log in yesterday and now I get this warning. Around the same time I also got a message to merge two scouting IDs I had. Could that have something to do with it? I can access both of the links in the image, “Scoutbook” and “MyScouting”, but not scout book plus.

Other folks who have used the Merge Member ID have reported similar issues. Usually, it’s been because one of the member IDs was suspended for some reason (e.g. SYT current under one ID but other ID not previously linked, and YPT had expired on that old ID). It usually needs action from the council registrar to un-suspend the account under the surviving ID number.

One of the SUAC volunteers may be able to provide more insight (in case it’s something else) before you reach out to the registrar for assistance.

@BobGassman I think you need to wait the 24 hours after the merge. at a glance it all looks fine. Also I would not even touch Legacy Scoutbook unless you absolutely have to
