when i login to scoutbook plus i’m seeing this message, i’m unable to add activity log for scouts and also not able to browse through scout details by clicking on the name from roster. is there anything in progress? we have completed the recharter a while ago.

Check to see what it says like @Stephen_Hornak suggests. Our unit thought we’re were done too, then saw that message, and realized we hadn’t done the unit fully.
looks like we submitted the signed recharter and the payment made in person at council office a month ago and now we see Expired Unit on the scoutbook plus roster. looks like the updates were not made in the system and it’s weird that after a month we have to go through this just before the COH next week. It still shows Unit Term as Jan to dec 2025
You may need to reach out to your council registrar to get clarity on exactly where the hold-up is.
That wouldn’t change. Why would it? You are expired likely because they haven’t processed the manual payment yet.
