Scoutbook Plus not loading counseled youth for MBC

Scoutbook Plus is not loading my merit badges or counseled youth. I have double checked my status as an MBC, cleared my cache multiple times, and tried different servers. Problem began 2 days ago. SA ID #12666760/Richelle Mitchem. See attachment.

@RichelleMitchem - please click on the mbc dashboard line on the left menu

Thank you for your reply. I have clicked on the MBC Dashboard link. Normally, I have to wait about 15 seconds for my MBs to appear, but nothing is showing up.

@RichelleMitchem - and your merit badges are listed at my.scouting.org? What browser are you using

It appears the data that was in my.scouting.org yesterday is no longer there. Nothing has changed in terms of my MBC status, but badges are no longer listed. Do I need to contact my council to resolve this issue? Thank you for your help.

@RichelleMitchem - yes.. I would contact council on this and that explains why nothing is showing up in scoutbook plus

@RichelleMitchem are you under the MBC profile in the top right dropdown window?

Yes, everything on Scoutbook and myscouting indicates my MBC status is still active.

Hello Mr. McNeil. I’m not sure if replying to this thread will work after its closed, but I’m giving it a try anyway.

The sync you did last week for my account worked until headquarters did some maintenance. They say everything looks okay on their end. Would you be able to do another sync for my Scoutbook account and see if that restores my badges? Thank you so much for your help!
