Is there a way to run a report that shows what the current balance is for each scouts payment log? The one I seem to be able to run shows me all the transactions but not their final balance or at least I can’t see it.
Also if I have a camp out where everyone is paying in the same amount can I batch those payments like we use to be able to in scoutbooks legacy or do i have to do each one individually?

To get the payment log for an individual you would go to their record in the roster and on the right there is a payment log report line item
I select all from the dropdown in date range and generate detail and summary are checked
the balance will be at the bottom of the report
Right but can i run something that shows me all the scouts balances in the troop not just go through one by one?
@DavidLafko - in the reports section is the payment log report you want to select the same options as i show in my screen grabs.
ok maybe i’m doing something wrong because when i run it it gives net changes but not a current total in their account.. Example scout 1 has a total of $419 that report just shows a net change of $225

I worked with @DavidLafko on the payment log report and how to select a date range that presents data that matches the running balance in each scout account. We also worked through the method to enter batch transactions and how to remove old categories from the payment log.
