Scoutbook Plus Quick entry not recording dates entered

I am the cubmaster for my pack and I noticed today that all advancement I have entered by the quick entry form since the beginning of September has not recorded the dates entered, including today. The date is not showing in scoutbook plus or in the report builder. The activity is recording my comments added to form and is showing the adventure ‘started’. If I go into an individual scout and record the date, it is retaining.

What is a BSA number and a requirement or item as an example @RichardKent ?

My bsa id is 132417931. An example would be stronger faster higher #2-3 entered today. Also Race Time (Webelos) entered 9/20.

@RichardKent need a Scout BSA # - we have heard of no recent failures
