Our Scoutbook Plus roster seems to be “overflowing” the web gui. I am grouping by den and it’s set to show 100/page. The bottom of the page shows 99 entries and we have 99 on our entire roster, but our last AOL den in the list is cut off and I don’t see the unassigned members. The last AOL den shows 9 of 12 members. It is a clean end to the table roster – it doesn’t appear to be continue as if it is just cut off visually. If I collapse a large den above it, then I see the full AOL den and the Unassigned grouping shows up at the end. But if I collapse a small den, only some of the unassigned members are shown (e.g. 4 of the 9). The page navigation shows only 1 page available.
The only way to get it to show correctly is to select 75/page. Then I get 2 pages and I see the full end of the roster on the second page. Any of the other settings 10/25/50/100 don’t show the full end of the roster on the last page. I’m pretty sure the gui is counting the group headers as entries. We have 13 visible den headers, which is getting in the way of the remaining 12 members and 1 group header (Unassigned group) that are not visible, except on the 75/page view.
