A parent is trying to connect to scoutbook with the link I can email through scoutbook. He is saying the security questions are wrong. What can we do to fix it or get him connected to his scout in scoutbook? I’m assuming he means the answers the incorrect that he’s entering.
@KatyBertucci Questions Wrong? He should be defining what the questions are if you invited them - so I do not understand what you are trying to say.
@KatyBertucci Ask the parent to go to my.scouting and use the chatbot (“Betty”) to reset his password.
When the chatbot asks “Do you remember your security questions?” He can say “No” and bypass the security questions.
I agree, I’m assuming he means the answers are incorrect.
