I have been associated with a cub pack for several years including several leadership positions. I submitted transfer paperwork to be moved to a new troop in a new Council. When this went through I had 2 BSA #s. I connected the 2 BSA #s. Scoutbook until today was still showing both the original cub pack and the new scout troop I am associated too. Today the history of everything I have done or been connected to in Scoutbook is gone. I am no longer connected to my child. How do I get it all back?
