I have a unit leader PID #13544724 who cannot record ranks or merit badges for the boys in her unit. I have made sure in MyBSA2 that everythingis correct and synced and I have also checked her permissions in Scout Book plus and it still says she has no permissions and it is now requiring a signature. I do not know how to help her. What is going on with Scout book plus? I don’t have access to advancement reports like I used to. Very frustrating. Please advise
@MichelleBaumann - trying to support this user via an intermediary is challenging. Does she have the correct role selected in the upper right ? And where are you seeing that she has no permissions ?
Yes, according to what I see she does have permissions. Scoutbook plus is giving her the error that she does not have permissions to do the action she wants to do which is adding advancements.

Everything in the DB looks correct. Since she has multiple registered positions, make sure she is selecting Scoutmaster and not Cubmaster, Unit Commissioner or any other of her various roles.

Stephen, I am having the same issue. I can’t do any updates on Advancement for two troops and 1 pack. I am a key 3 delegate, scoutmaster and Committee member. I was in it this morning. Now I can’t get into any of the scouts rank advancements. I have a drop down error and nothing appears. ID: removed by moderator
@JudiPlatt - if you are on a scout page and the rank tile is blank you can at the very end of the url add the word ranks like this
Are you switching the role each time you want to work with a different unit? Scoutbook Plus permissions are based on the selected role.
