Scouts and leaders missing from roster in Scoutbook Plus

A number of our pack’s scouts and leaders disappeared from the Scoutbook Plus roster, yet still appear in my.scouting roster:

The following leader appears on Scoutbook Plus roster, but he’s now unassigned. When I try to assign him as a den leader for the bears, where he was before, it doesn’t allow me and gives an error about Akela end date:

@JonathanMcLaughlin1 ok I think I put them all in a 24 hour sync (there is no confirmation through the process so might have clicked past one). Will turn it in for investigation. The last one was the same as the others, but had a fake Legacy leadership role on the account

@JonathanMcLaughlin1 did the unit go in and re-register these users at the last minute yesterday?

Not to my knowledge, no. They were registered back in Nov or Dec

Also 14294507 is missing.

In my case I have an entire missing patrol. We became a family troop and up until this past weekend I could see the girls patrol. Although it was duplicated.

No all of a sudden neither one is there.

I can add rank and merit badge requirements to them but no matter what I do (play with all the drop downs) I cannot see the girls patrol

Yes they are in the roster on my.scouting

@DavidFreeborn you can post a Member ID # (no names) and we can look. There is a different issue where patrols exist Unapproved in Legacy SB - so they do not show in SB+. That might be what you are seeing.

How do we approve the patrol? It was there a couple days ago.

I have key 3 delegate permissions in SB+ so I should be able to do it.

I’m on my phone so providing id#s for all the girls will be a giant pain.

@DavidFreeborn you cannot approve the patrol if you see one in Legacy without the green shield- we have asked for a fix. You can just make a new SB+ patrol and add the scouts to that.

You you are suggesting to create the girl patrol for a 3rd time and put all the same scouts in it?

The patrol has the green shield in old scout book.

When we deleted the duplicate patrol it put the girls in the list of scouts not in a patrol. So now they are all listed as bing in a patrol and listed again as not being in a patrol.

I can create the patrol again in new scoutbook if that is what you are suggesting, but do not want to list all the same girls again for a 3rd time.
