Scouts and Parents not connected in Messaging

We have scouts that show up as not having a parent and no email in messaging, but they do have parents in the roster who do get email. I have been trying to work through council for months now to get them back on our emails and are not getting anywhere. Can I provide some data and have someone look into them here to see why messaging is saying different than the roster?

Yes the profiles show them with parents.

Note all these parents were registered leaders last year, but are not this year. That is the main thing they have in common.

Are you using Scoutbook Plus messaging? I see e-mail addresses for both the Scout and one parent in the database.

Yes using scoutbook + messaging. If you go to select them for recipents it shows that they have not email and parents have no connection info.

The line that says no guardian with email, is the issue. It won’t send to them.

Nope. I was informed by council the fix should have taken affect last night. I check today (and yes in a private window as well) and the scouts still are showing in messaging as not having a parent with email and can not be emailed.
