In the past we had our Scouts log onto their SB accounts and enter the date when they completed requirements for various ranks. The “new” system does not allow that. I made a test with one scout and added the advancement positions/functionality, as it shows in the instructions provided, and now it shows that he is not eligible to complete a rank requirement (or use calendar or messaging features) because they are under 21.
What is going on?? The system worked until it didn’t.
