Scouts listed as eachother Parent/Guardian, can't add to patrol or track advancement

I have two Scouts in my unit who are brothers. Somehow during a reregistration process they were tagged as the Parent / Guardian of the other and I and my registrar cannot unlink this. Its causing havoc on my activity logs in Scoutbook plus and other things.

My registrar is only seeing one parent listed on the official roster, but somehow on Scoutbook, its still linked.
