2 scouts are listed on the Troop roster in my.scouting.org but have disappeared from advancements.scouting.org (Scoutbook Plus)

2 others also disappeared, but they have aged out so it probably doesn’t matter.
@BarbaraHanna #1 seems to be dual registered in Lincoln Heritage Council and New Birth
#2 in NBC and Middle Tennessee
Are these scouts active in both units? Have they been in the other councils (#1 I think is right)
I believe both scouts are military and have moved around and recently moved to NBFC. (I’m the DE and the Troop leader contacted me with this issue.)

@MatthewPhillips3 both Scouts renewed in the other Council this month it appears or at least kept the registration live through 12/26
OK the NBC MIDs are now on the accounts
Neither of their families were aware of their previous units’ plans to renew them. I’ll follow up with the families so they can follow up with the old troops. Thanks for the assist!
