Scouts unexplainably missing from Scoutbook

Hello,

Over the holiday weekend I had a volunteer reach out about two scouts who went completely missing from their roster. After trying the My Connections advice the volunteer had no luck in finding them there. They show up in My.Scouting just fine, but apparently have completely disappeared from Scoutbook without any reason.

Their advancement chair ended the memberships. I have requested an overnight sync to bring them back in. Note that the second one had two my.scouting usernames.
