I’ve tried twice to send a unit-wide message through SB+ and the message has not sent. I tried sending a message just to myself and that works fine. Assuming there’s something wrong with sending a message to a large group of people.

We need more information. How many people were in your distribution list? Did you get any messages after you clicked Send?
It went to about 45 people (all of our adults). I hit “Send” and it said “Email Sent” across the top. The buttons on the bottom were greyed out.
Any updates on this? I’ve been trying to use this feature in SB+ and have still been unable to do so.
