I have a Youth who has 8.8 miles of Hiking, and 7.5 Service Hours. However, her profile lists 5.8 miles of Hiking and 4.5 Service Hours. Any idea why it wouldn’t be pulling in the other entries? Everything has been Leader Approved.

Were the missing events part of another unit? Did you select the show activities from other units check box?
Her profile has 8.8 - are you pulling a history report? that is isolated to program I think - so Scouts BSA History Report (if they were in cubs) could be less than profile

It’s because the Scout’s “Date Joined Scouts BSA” program date is missing from her profile. That date needs to be there so that reports can tell Cub Scout activities from older Scout activities in a troop.
Got it. I had a feeling it was something simple. And this is somewhat unrelated, but do you know how someone has a listing for an activity in 2019 for a unit that didn’t exist at the time? This Scout is now 18, so it’s somewhat of a moot point, but I’m being asked and quite honestly have no idea.

135327070 is the Scout. She is now 18, but from 5/3/19-5/5/19 she has a log entry for Troop 1114, but Troop 1114 was not active until July 2021.
She was registered with a different troop (Troop 1919) starting 03/01/2019. It’s possible the log entry was from activities done with that other troop.
OK, I will just relay that. I appreciate everyone’s assistance, as always. This can be closed manually if you have that ability, or I can let it go the 7 days. Thanks again.
