Long time scout, Eagle Scout, and now long time adult leader.
Have 2 family members in 2 troops, and 1 in a venturing crew.
Upon recently registering family member for venturing crew, I now log into Scout Book and only see the 1 family member for venturing crew. I no longer see my other two family members, their separate troops, or my leadership roles within each.
Additionally, when logging into scoutbook now, I see a warning across the top that reads: “another user is using the same e-mail address. if this is unexpected, contact your local council or post to the using scoutbook forum”.
It appears during recent addition of family member registration into a venturing crew, scoutbook somehow corrupted or duplicated my existing profile, and I’ve lost access to my other family mmebers.
