Small Typo in the Forum blue Pop-Up Notice

To whomever works on or manages this forum program, there’s a small typo in the blue pop-up notice. You should change the word to “is”, unless you don’t care. l’m not the grammar police but I figured you might want to fix it for the sake of all the OCD people on the forum—like me. :joy:
