So many Id Numbers

Cubmaster here,

Scout is registered in Scoutreach units, but participating in a tradition family pack. I can’t seem to advance him or order patches he has earned.

13738298 = SB ID in legacy system

140970059 = Member ID in legacy system

141004842 = Member ID in my.scouting

141004842 = Previous Member ID in legacy system

Scout not available. Scoutplus plus to me at all.

@JonathanYankowiak1 This Scout is registered under 2 member ID numbers (MIDs) in the same council. I have switched the MID back to the one that is associated with your pack. I have also asked the developers to create a Scoutbook account for the other MID.

Please contact your local council and ask them to combine his registrations under a single MID.

Thanks for your help. I’ve been told because of one of his registrations being discounted they cannot be combined. Everything I see on the scoutbook plus roster now looks as it should. Thanks for your help.
