Son's email is defaulting to mom's email

Scout tried to change his email to the correct one but it is defaulting to mom’s email

TAC tried to help and said it was corrected BUT we have done tests by inititating a message in Scoutbook to scout himself, mom, dad, and brother. Result is that scout:
a) does not receive an email.
b) a recipient of email (brother, dad and mom) when replying to scout, email replies to mom.

This is likely the reason why in mom’s scoutbook there is an error message appearing “Warning, another user is using the same email address. If this is unexpected, contact your local council or post to the Using Scoutbook Forum.”

@GigiKarschies that is fixed - not sure why TAC could not solve it

I received a message on Feb 15th that it was fixed. My son kept sending messages out but no responses came back. We tested today as described above and sure enough, the email that his brother received, when replying, brother replies to my email.
