We’re struggling to get MID 14694414 transferred from the National Capital Area Council to the Colonial Virginia Council. We’ve been working on this, on-and-off, since he arrived here two years ago. Now he’s ready to step up to an Assistant Cubmaster position, so the urgency is a little higher. Our council office hasn’t been able to make sense of it.
Can anyone check to see if there are any specific roadblocks? Any tips moving forward?

@WilliamElton I see some issues, but I need the developers to take a look.
@WilliamElton OK, I think this is fixed. The user’s member ID (MID) number in Colonial Virginia Council is 141313004, so he just needs to double-check that that number is set as primary at my.Scouting.org (Manage Member ID) before applying online. That MID is currently set as primary.
This user also has 3 usernames (logins) at my.Scouting. The local council should be able to merge them for him using their Volunteer Support Tools.
