There is a multiregistered adult because he has transfered troops and was training his successor for advancement coordinator.
I don’t know where this user is in the renewal process. Assuming that the user hasn’t renewed yet, when he renews, he should select troop 473 as his primary, and not renew with the former troop.
Manage Member ID won’t help in this context, because he isn’t switching member ID numbers and because both troops are in the same council.
If he has already renewed, then he might need to wait until after 2/28 and then ask the council Registrar to put an end date on his membership with the former troop.

Is this user trying to be registered in one of the required positions for the unit? If not, then I wouldn’t think it would matter too much.
