I see download links at scoutingevent.com for data

I don’t know which one to use. The few I have tried return an error that I must upload one file at a time. That is what I am doing.

The link for ‘scoutbook export’ instructions https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B7eow1old_bYajNrS1JhVHBsNG8/view?resourcekey=0-1HWw8XXIUkrzrkC6FOk-rQ is not a valid link.

I find instructions pointing me to ‘scoutbook legacy’, but I cannot find that.

It seems like this should be a straightforward process, but I am having difficulty.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

You will need to contact your Council to determine why you can’t download the file from Black Pug (scoutingevent.com).

To import the csv file to Scoutbook, you need the Feature Assistant Extension for Chrome version 0.49.0.15 (or later if it is updated). From Scoutbook Plus, click the Scoutbook Legacy link then go to the troop page. There will be a MB Import link added by the extension.

You must be a Key 3, Key 3 Delegate or other position that makes you a unit admin such as Unit Advancement Chair in legacy Scoutbook as you must be connected to all Scouts with full control.
