Apparently anyone with Full Control can change a Scouts swim test classification and no record is kept of who made the entry.
This puts the integrity of the swim test information in the “hear-say” category.
This is a high level safety concern. When we take Scouts on to a water event or on a water trip we need to KNOW that they ARE QUALIFIED.
ScoutBook does not provide sufficient control of the test information to meet personal these safety needs.
We will continue to use TroopMaster for this information.
