System Error on My Payments Log

Trying to open “My Payments Log” from the “My Account” page menu gives me an error and tells me to report it; e.g.,

“Whoops we encountered an error trying to process your request.”

“Please go to Scoutbook & Scoutbook Plus Bugs - Scouting Forums to report this issue.”

Tough to get confirmation that I’ve paid 2026 dues.

It’s loading ok for me right now, but I’m a Key 3 Delegate, so that might not be indicative of overall functionality. Have you tried from a private browsing/incognito mode window? I know sometimes plugins have interacted poorly with Scoutbook and SB+, so I’m wondering if that’s part of the issue.

To be clear, the payments log is not tied to the registration/renewal site for national. It looks only contains manually entered data from the unit. So, if the question is whether you renewed your Scouting America registration, you probably need to check your my.scouting account to see what your renewal status is, or ask one of the unit Key 3 to check the roster data at my.scouting. (Not that this changes whether there’s an issue with the My Account page functionality, just noting where the renewal data actually lives.)
