As a District Commissioner, I use this report for a wide variety of analyses. I probably run it several times most weeks. Today I run it and half of my leaders and their positions are missing! Did they make some poorly thought out attempt to remove duplicate positions?? We need that information and this is the only report I have even in my Assistant Council Commissioner access that I can get all of the adults in their positions in one report. I spent several hours trying to see if there is a replacement or even a couple I could combine and no luck?? Anybody know what the heck is going on??
Are the missing leaders ones whose YPT would have auto-lapsed on 31 May? That’s the first thing that comes to mind, since I’ve seen some posts from scouters here who were confused about their YPT lapsing “early” and apparently hadn’t heard about the requirement to complete the 90-minute SYT by 31 May.
If you have any Member IDs for missing scouters, you could post those (no names, please!) and the SUAC volunteers might be able to see if anything stands out to them.
@CherylDorwin - beyond the SUAC possibly checking records if you suspect a bug or other issue you would need your council to submit a member care ticket as there is nobody from the training or my.scouting team on the forums and they only take requests from council staff.
