When either using an existing Tenderfoot report in Report Builder, or creating a new Tenderfoot report, when I select Show Requirement Descriptions, they then do not show up on the PDF report upon selecting it. Thus making the report useless.
@WilliamStough - I just tried the report builder and selected just the tenderfoot for a report and selected show empty, show descriptions and in the second section rank status and requirements and the descriptions showed up in the pdf.
@WilliamStough would need a screenshot of your setting for report to investigate
I just did get the report to work for me, but it will not work with one scout only! I tried two scouts and the report printed like it should. Problem is, we only have one scout that needs Tenderfoot.
Don’t know how to do a screenshot on my laptop.
And it appears this is only happening with the only scout that does not have a pic in Scoutbook, a rank, or a rank date. Any other scout it runs perfectly fine!
@WilliamStough- the profilepicture would not matter nor should a lack of rank. Does that scout have a date joined scouts bsa in their profile in advancements.scouting.org?
Then I would suggest turning off the ScoutImage checkbox
Yes he does have a Date Joined BSA.
Tried unchecking the scout image box, but did not matter.
@WilliamStough - turn off the merit badge selector since you are only after tenderfoot rank.
Yeah, I noticed that also and unchecked it. Did not seem to matter.
What is the Scouts Member # (no names)
The scouts name works fine for the Scout rank. It only seems to be the Tenderfoot rank that won’t work properly.
Is the scout on the Current Version of TF?
