There has been an error approving the relationship

I have a dad 142435815 who tried to add his wife to their son’s account. We can both see her name there. He is not able to click on her name, but I can. It shows her ID as 142455782. When I click it, it takes me to the screen in the screenshot where it shows her info as “undefined” and tells me I don’t have permission.

When the mom tries to click to accept the relationship, she gets an error that says “Error There has been an error approving the relationship”. Suggestions on how to proceed?

@SaraLynn this is often a cache issue. Have them log out and do a hard refresh or try an incognito window
