Scout, 140527093, has marked several of the requirements for the Art MB as complete. When I check all the categories under “To Approve”, nothing is listed for this scout. (I am registered as the CC)
I wonder if his Den Chief position is getting in the way. Do you have any other Scouts who are Den Chiefs that have reqs missing from To Approve?

I don’t see a Den Chief position for that Scout so it is something else. I will report it to the developers.
