After using the Quick Entry option on the Totin Chip award, I received an error message stating that it had already loaded. When I went back into the user, it had item one completed and marked as approved. None of the other items were showing as approved. When I try to approve the individual items, it gives the successful message at the top of the page but no information is saved to the record. In addition, even though the first item shows completed, the overall badge information shows it hasn’t been started. I have this issue with the following Scout member IDs.
