This is a bug report/feature request for four issues:
- Unable to create a “detailed” requirement report for (single) awards or merit badges.
- Quick Entry for Totin’ Chip lists Scouts who earned v1911 as eligible for 2024 version.
- In-progress Totin’ Chip earners listed under wrong column in “summary” report.
- Default version for entering ind. Scout Totin’ Chip requirements is v1911, not current one.
I was trying to create a Totin’ Chip detailed report showing the progress of Scouts working towards their Totin’ Chip on a requirement by requirement basis, but was unable to do so. I can easily generate a “summary” report indicating which Scouts have earned their respective (1911 or 2024) version.
- First, I cannot seem to create this “detailed” report at all like I can for rank advancement. All I can do is see a “summary” report. Is there such an option, if not, can one be created? I realize merit badges (even individually) and other awards are similarly “summarized” and can appreciate the resource challenges a collection of merit badges or other awards would present if multiple were selected. Can individual awards or merit badges be selected for a detailed requirement report for those who have not yet earned the award or MB?
- While looking for an alternate method to see what Totin’ Chip requirements were completed, I looked at the Quick Entry option (selecting the 2024 version). The roster of Scouts is presented. However, those Scouts who completed the prior version of Totin’ Chip where shown as “eligible” for for completing the current version. I think if any Scout has completed Totin’ Chip of any version, they shouldn’t be listed as eligible.

Also, if one does a “summary” report, there are two columns “Totin’ Chip” and “Totin’ Chip 2024”. The more recent Scouts who completed the v2024 award are listed under the 2024 heading, everyone else under the “Totin’ Chip” heading. However, those Scouts in-progress are listed with the green triangle under the “Totin’ Chip” heading. I confirmed that these Scouts had their requirements under v2024 requirements. Perhaps the current in-progress Scouts should be listed under the 2024 version?

Finally, when one enters an Totin’ Chip requirements for an individual Scout, the default version is listed as the 1911 version, even if there are completed requirements for the current version (I was curious when I saw the display for the issue above). When there are multiple versions for an award/rank/MB, can the current version be defaulted for display (unless progress is being made on the older version)?
