A pack recently transferred AOLs to our Troop. We accepted the transfers. They showed up in our roster 24 hours later. We created a new patrol and assigned them to the patrol. The next day, the patrol and scouts were no longer in our roster and the newly formed patrol was not listed in our filter as an option. Two days later, they were back on the roster and still assigned to the correct patrol. Now, a week later, they are all missing from the roster again along with the patrol. Any ideas about what might be going on? We checked, and this is not a “filter” issue. We have it set to show all scouts. Plus the new patrol is no longer listed as a patrol to filter.
@phillipbower this is often a filter or cache. Did you click Filter and RESET. Just try this to see if it resolves.

If not post a BSA number and we can look.
If the problem persists, please detail how the patrol was created and scouts were moved into it.
