Transferred scout still shows up in SB+ and my.scouting rosters

This occurred April 2026. The transfer was initiated by the other council/troop. He still shows up on our troop roster in both SB+ and my.scouting. I get error messages when I at least try to remove him from his old patrol: The given userId already has the Scout BSA position in the given unit

Not sure what to do.

Post the Scouting America Member ID (no names) of the Scout and we will investigate.

The Scout was not transferred but instead multipled into the new troop. His registration in your troop ended 8/31/26. He should drop off your roster by the end of October.
