Transferring Council Error

Crazy error. I have 3 boys (2 scouts and 1 AOL) we were processing transfers from the National Capital Region 082 to the Transatlantic 802. Everything for the two scouts went fine, but our AOL is a mess.
Name: NAME REMOVED - Scout ID: 13966842. This still shows in scoutbook, but doesn’t show anywhere else! He isn’t even linked to my husband or I anymore (both of us were registered leaders)

Funny thing is now I see a new number Scout ID: 141457409. Looks great until it has not association with it. No registration and no parent connections. Any idea how I “fix” this issue?

Husband’s newest number is 142134211. Yes, we have multiple (I think he has 4 total)

141457409 was made when someone made the Scout a my.scouting.org login without matching up the scout accounts and using a modified last name. 082 can help sort that out. 13966842 is the registered MID in 082

There is no scout in 802 by First Name and DOB

@DonovanMcNeil Thank you. When we try to create an application for 13966842 there shows no record in my.scouting.org, so we can’t create a new application to transfer.

@JessBidlack you are parent under YOUR 082 # ********945. If you log in as that number (changing it in Manage Member ID - I think it should work.)

@DonovanMcNeil that worked. I can at least see him again, thank you!!! Now, I just need to figure out how to transfer him to 802. We did the other two boys and it was a hurdle. I just need to remember.

@DonovanMcNeil also just realized they listed his last name wrong. Used his middle name and last name. Now I see why this was so difficult to find

@DonovanMcNeil THANK YOU!!! Just figured it out and while I had to log in with my wife’s account to initiate the transfer, it went through. You are a LIFE SAVER. Thank you.

Now just make sure in TAC all scouts have both parents in Relationships
