My troop keeps getting an error message when transferring our Summer Camp Merit Badges from Black Pug to Scoutbook. The error message says: Error reading the last row of your CSV file. Fix and try again. We’ve tried multiple times and keep receiving the same error message. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
@ThomasWilliams10 sounds like a bad row - have you tried removing the last row? We can setup a direct message for you to send the CSV so we can look at it and make guesses.
@ThomasWilliams10 - the other thing to look at in the csv is any rank, training or non-tracked items in the file
And DO NOT edit the file with Excel, Google Sheets or any other spreadsheet program. They strip leading zeros which are often in the file and required by Scoutbook to work properly. Use a text editor if you must edit the csv file.
