When I try to transfer scouts in my Pack I get a Bad Request error and it fails out. (If you are reporting an issue with My.Scouting, please include all of the following items so we can better assist you:\* _1) Hardware: Desktop or Mobile (if mobile, please be specific)_ Desktop _2) Operating system_ Windows 11 _3) Browser_ Chrome _4) Browser cache has been cleared or you are using a private browsing mode (aka Incognito Window in Chrome)_ Yes _5) Member ID & Council of person affected_ 5635846 Blackhawk Wanchanagi _Thank you!)_ ---

@RobertDavidson4 are you trying to transfer them into your pack or out of your pack? Are both units Current? ---

Out of my pack to another pack. Pack 619 to 6202. Both packs are current. ---

has the other pack or parents tried to transfer in? Are the scouts current? ---

The scouts are current, renewal is needed for some, but they are covered till the end of the year. I am the Cub master for 619 and should be able to transfer everyone. No one else has tried to transfer from 619 to 6202. I can attach screenshots tomorrow if needed. I get all the scouts selected, pick the new pack and click transfer, then I get the error message. I assume both units are in one council - I would talk to council - they can quickly achieve the same ---

One more tricky transfer. Member ID # 14725863 Neither parent can see their scout when trying to initiate transfer into new Pack in new Council. Mom thinks the scout was registered under her name. Can you confirm the scout’s parent connections? Previous Council has not responded yet to assist. Thanks! ---

Thanks. She did mention that she was able to log in. However, when attempting to initiate transfer, my.scouting does not list her son. It reads: “No members eligible for Transfer” ---

@SusanDuenas looking that is because the scout has no current memberships under that Number - it ended 12/23 ---

I had a suspicion that his membership had expired. Thank you for confirming. What is the best option here? Register as new scout in TAC and then have accounts merged? Or is Mom able to reinstate member online somehow? I’m unfamiliar with situations like this. ---

@SusanDuenas Register the Scout as a new Scout is probably easiest. If needed, we can merge Scoutbook accounts afterwards. ---
