Troop members registration not updating in Scoutbook Plus after payment

Hello,

Troop 858 has one adult member and two youth members that paid to renew and have receipts but still show as “eligible to renew” in Scoutbook Plus. It has been over three weeks and their status has not changed. Council has suggested to give it time.

Adult - 116990500

Youth - 134435800 & 135580593

Would appreciate any help or suggestions.
