Which page are you encountering this issue with (e.g. when first logging in, when trying to load the roster, etc)? Have you tried clearing your cache/stored data for your browser?
@KallyBush The issue is that you have more than one username (login). Please contact your local council for assistance. They will also need to move your parent / child “Relationships” to your primary member ID number, the one that ends in -206.
