I have two cubs that are showing up on the roster in my.scouting.com and are not showing up on my Scoutbook roster.
The Member IDs and explanations are:
142040786 - Transferred in from out-of-council via paper application and my Council’s Registrar a couple of months ago.
14015487 - Transferred away 2 years ago, spent a year with another in-council pack, and then took a year off, reapplied to our pack last week.
@BrendanMeteer 142040786 - scout seems registered in both councils? Is scout active in both packs?
No, he is not.
Do I need to reach out to my Council Registrar to do something else?

Just so I am certain I understand… 14015487 has been added to a batch job to sync over to scoutbook + and may not be visible there for up to 24 hours?
