Two scouters in Exec Officer position. can't remove old one. Unable to update any other positions as a result

Hi,

We just got a new chartering org a few months ago. We show two Executive officers under Permission Manager > Assign Positions. member 126981283 should be there. member 137550924 is the former and no longer with the unit. It says max in role 1. We’re unable to remove them and because of the error, we’re unable to update any other positions. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

@JasonByrd1 the old one is in a Grace period (actually the registration ends today, so Saturday might be different) - I would check with council and they can send in a National Membercare ticket
