Two users recognized for same email address

Hi there. When I log in to Scoutbook it displays a warning that there are two users with the same email address. It appears that I am not even linked to a unit. I don’t see anything helpful – not even a mention of my son’s troop.

I also recevied this message:

NO Scoutbook Plus ACCESSIt looks like you don’t have the right Scouting role to access Scoutbook Plus.Only Youth, Parents, Key 3, Key 3 delegate & Unit Advancement Chair roles have access to Scoutbook Plus.

I am a parent in the troop, so this makes no sense. Can you please help me get proper access to Scoutbook? Thanks!

@KnutHerrmann I was able to fix the duplicate Scoutbook account issue for you, but you need the other parent or one of the troop’s adult leadership to invite you as a parent “relationship” to the Scout.
