Unable to access IA for Troops. Parental access unchanged

I am getting the below error when I attempt to access IA for either one of the troops that I am registered with. I am listed as the Advancement Chair in My.Scouting for one of them (Although I am the Advancement Chair for both). I do have parental access for all of my children with no issues.

Right, but I’m getting the same error whether trying to access 1110G or 1014B.

That works! Do I need to clear my cookies and cache?
