Unable to add registered MBC to scout partial

Trying to add V****** C******o ID 141090365 to
R——l N——-n ID 135996119

but it’s giving error shown below. I was able to assign her just a few days ago as MBC to Fitness Mb for which is a registered Counselor to another scout without problem. Not sure if you can help pls?

@GigiKarschies - there are many MBC that for some reason expire in August. You could have a key 3 check the MBC list in my.scouting.org > the troop Organization Managrt > reports > then the report is in the list of unit reports

Ran reports:

Members Due to Renew Report: She is not in this list.

Council Merit Badge Counselor Listing: 141090365 appears as active until 08/31/2027.

Tried again just now and was able to assign her as MBC.

@GigiKarschies - That is good news and indeed 8/31 is the mbc registration date
