I am unable to close a previous purchase order, so I can’t create a new one. When I click on Needs Purchasing, I can see that there is an open purchase order but clicking on it does nothing. What am I doing wrong?
@KimberlyKeyserling- I jus checked my current po and was able to open it without issue. This was on an android tablet and win10 pc.
Purchase Orders seem to be working for me.
Try clearing your browser cache and cookies. Sometimes that helps.
Something else to try is resetting your unit Admin role:
- Go to your Pack Roster or Troop Roster page
- Click on your name
- Click on your Pack Admin or Troop Admin role
- Check the box next to Position Approved
- Log out of Scoutbook
- Log back in to Scoutbook
