Unable to delete MB requirements

I incorrectly entered and approved several requirements for Whitewater Merit Badge for a scout (137432049). In trying to fix this, I was able to “unapprove” all of the requirements. I could delete some requirements, but not all. Some have no date in the box, so I can’t hover over the X and erase the date, because there is no date. Others let me X out the date, but when I click the “save” button nothing happens. I am the scoutmaster and should have permission to do all of this. Can anybody help? Thanks.
